For more years than I'll confess to, I have performed almost all home maintenance myself. That includes snaking out slow drains. But when bits of kitchen waste started showing up in the downstairs bathroom sink, I knew any further efforts would not be adequate. So for the first time in the life of this 50-year-old house, we called in outside help. On the advice of friends, we called Heidler. And we're glad we did. Not an emergency, and on our call to Jasmine on Monday morning we were told that all technicians were out but that she'd let us know when one would be available. Benny at Heidler replaced our Weil McLain boiler today. We really appreciate his thorough knowledge of our system (the boiler feeds our radiant heat and our water storage tank) and the care he took to get a new boiler in place and the whole system operating smoothly.
