For more years than I'll confess to, I have performed almost all home maintenance myself. That includes snaking out slow drains. We really appreciate his thorough knowledge of our system (the boiler feeds our radiant heat and our water storage tank) and the care he took to get a new boiler in place and the whole system operating smoothly.
