I needed to make an appointment with the Geek Squad to check out my laptop. I was experiencing major problems. The service I received from Bryan was amazing. His customer service makes Best Buy's customers know and feel they are valued. He checked out the issues I was experiencing with my computer and was able to resolved the issues. He went above and beyond by checking for other potential problems. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I value his input. Good store. Deliveries have gone well. They have good prices and offers making them good values. They also have a big selection of products and knowledgeable sales people. I like their geek squad too.

I know this is all my fault. I'm leaving this message to help someone not live my computer traumas. I bought my computer at Best Buy (HP Envy) about a year ago. Immediately/same day/next day, I brought it back because the keyboard just wasn't responsive. This being my second HP Envy, I knew this issue well. It's a very large keypad and it's wonky as a result. The tech guys checked it out. Couldn't find anything wrong and politely sent me on my way. No exchange. Today I find myself yelling at my computer more and more frequently, because shockingly the issue really did exist, but it never corrected itself.
