I needed to make an appointment with the Geek Squad to check out my laptop. I was experiencing major problems. The service I received from Bryan was amazing. His customer service makes Best Buy's customers know and feel they are valued. He checked out the issues I was experiencing with my computer and was able to resolved the issues. He went above and beyond by checking for other potential problems. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I value his input. I was ready to purchase a new laptop but he assured me that my laptop lifespan wasn't quite over. Thank you Bryan you are certainly a valuablel asset to the Greek Squad and Best Buy. Pam S.
Good store. Deliveries have gone well. They have good prices and offers making them good values. They also have a big selection of products and knowledgeable sales people. I like their geek squad too.
I know this is all my fault. I'm leaving this message to help someone not live my computer traumas. I bought my computer at Best Buy (HP Envy) about a year ago. Immediately/same day/next day, I brought it back because the keyboard just wasn't responsive. This being my second HP Envy, I knew this issue well. It's a very large keypad and it's wonky as a result. The tech guys checked it out. Couldn't find anything wrong and politely sent me on my way. No exchange. Today I find myself yelling at my computer more and more frequently, because shockingly the issue really did exist, but it never corrected itself. So I try to type in one cell in Excel or one box in PPT by putting my cursor on it, but of course the changes are entered somewhere random; and you might think, well, ding-a-ling, just move your cursor up two rows higher than where you want to type and (despite the obviously 'why should I have to?' reply, I would hang my head in shame and let you know I've tried and it doesn't work... So frustrating. My advice. Don't buy an HP Envy - no matter how cool it seems. In the end, it's not worth the nightmare; AND it's super expensive so it's not worth the very excessive price tag. HP, you can do better. Geek squad you need to know this is a real issue.
