Tom was the gold standard in regard to customer service. Ryan the Construction Manager was great and the company as a whole was nothing less than 5 stars. If I good give 10 stars I would. Deck was built quick and exactly what I asked for in regard to size and shape.
We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Every single person we interacted with (the sales rep, project manager, scheduling coordinator, and the install crew) was wonderful. Everyone was responsive, timely, helpful, and genuinely kind. Communication was excellent throughout the process and everything stayed on track. Our fence turned out great and we highly recommend reaching out to them if you’re considering a new fence!
We are extremely grateful to the folks at Fence and Deck Connection for the much-needed upgrade that we have long been saving up for since we first moved into our house six years ago. They replaced our fence, front porch, back deck, and they ended up replacing some rotted wood they found that was getting dangerously close to affecting the integrity of our house.
