We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Every single person we interacted with (the sales rep, project manager, scheduling coordinator, and the install crew) was wonderful. Everyone was responsive, timely, helpful, and genuinely kind. Communication was excellent throughout the process and everything stayed on track. We are extremely grateful to the folks at Fence and Deck Connection for the much-needed upgrade that we have long been saving up for since we first moved into our house six years ago. They replaced our fence, front porch, back deck, and they ended up replacing some rotted wood they found that was getting dangerously close to affecting the integrity of our house. F&D did an excellent job on our deck. Extremely professional salesperson (Andrew) who provided invaluable advice. Every step of the build process was professional and the crew cleaned up very well. Overall extremely satisfied. Would recommend to friends & family.
