They accepted an appointment for my young son, knowing his age. When we arrived and were seen they told us he was too young for their care and to go to pediatric dermatologist and then billed us. Left multiple messages with reception for the manager and left a voicemail with the manager and have not heard back.

I am 67, very light skinned, and have had a lifetime of skin issues; have been going to dermatologists quite regularly since I was in my early 20's. I have recently seen Dr Emma Lanuti, twice, and both times have been completely and supremely impressed with her- more so than any other dermatologist I've ever been to. Utterly conscientious and personable. Super sharp. Tons of common sense. Hasn't made me feel rushed, whatsoever. To the contrary, she's extremely thorough, and has made me feel as if I have my own personal dermatologist. She could not have been better, either time. It sure is nice to have such a positive health care experience!!! Happens so very rarely.

My experience with Annapolis Dermatology has been less than ideal...in fact it's been abysmal. Im sure most others may have had a better experience, though my fathers appointment had been delayed 5 times for removing his skin cancer. We have been assured that it's not life threatening, though I can tell you that doesn't make you feel any better. After 5 delays we have now been asked AGAiN if we are willing to change our appointment time. We're done!! Bye bye.
