As an active athletic​ person and former occupational therapist, ​I am familiar​​ with the John Barnes form of Myofascial​ release that Denny practices. I use this as my go-to​ for monthly tune-ups​ as well as rehabilitation for intensive injuries. It is not a quick fix- as one muscle imbalance effects another and you have to​ work as well. However only this method, in my opinion,​ will realign and rebalance your muscles preventing degeneration​ of joints and injuries​. I am an athlete whom has had a many orthopedic surgeries on knees, shoulders and back. Having surgeries came with consequences of tissue restrictions creating pain in of its self. No longer willing to have surgeries, I seek alternative Eastern Medical practices in efforts to alleviate pain from previous Laminectomy back surgery. My research lead me to John F.
