I had a really great experience at this radiology facility. Everyone in the office was very nice, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The radiologist took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions before the procedure, which really helped put me at ease. The office was also very clean and well-maintained. Overall, I felt very well cared for and would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing imaging services.

Not sure why the lower reviews as our experience with Chesapeake Medical Imaging has been spot on. I called today to get the imagine records sent to a neurosurgeon. Erin took the information and assured me that the images would go to the doctor (who was already in their system) today. Rarely do we find competency in a lot of the offices we have had to deal with since moving to AA. This company has it going on. Thanks Erin! You've really brightened my day!

I was a walk-in patient for a series of three x-rays, and the entire process, from check-in through the imaging, went very smoothly. While there were about six patients already waiting when I arrived, I was called for my x-ray within 15 minutes. The staff was was completely professional, and there's nothing that I would change about my experience.
