Not a customer, but if their employees are a reflection of the company's service, I never will be. I pulled into a gas station behind one of their vehicles at a pump, not knowing there was no one in it. The station was busy and I got stuck behind the truck; I couldn't back up or change lanes and waited 5 minutes for them to come out of the 7-11 with their coffee. I got out of my car and told them it was rude to leave their vehicle like that, they laughed. Then I said I'd contact the company and they said, "Go ahead".
