After a consultation with Carissa at the Crofton location, I felt comfortable, understood, and at ease. She assured me that we would get this right without causing any additional damage to my natural lashes. Carissa was phenomenal and incredibly gentle to the touch.

Although my first experience was extremely disappointing, I understand that everyone has bad days. Johnny and Carissa turned my initial experience around and made it much better. Because of their genuine efforts, I have since removed my initial Google review, as my subsequent experience was great, and I look forward to a continued relationship.“

The aesthetics are cute, girly and up to date. The salon is super clean which I also appreciate. I have gone to Alana 2 times now with an upcoming appointment for my baby shower cut and style.
