A friendly and very professional staff from the time you enter the facility to the time they walk you to your car. You were put at ease by everyone explaining what they were doing and what to expect. Can you say a great colonoscopy experience??
Very professional. The gastroentologist that spoke with me communicated with me very well. He didn't rush through, he made sure I understood both the questions and what will be happening.
The office has changed a little. There are a lot of twists and turns to get to where you need to be. I had a late day appointment so the patient load was a little back up. The staff and Physicians Assistant are outstanding (PA). The staff were really helpful. The PA listened to everything I had to say an we came up with a game plan to get better..
