Annapolis Radiology is affiliated with several doctors and hospitals where the doctors may review your CAT Scan. Then they will bill your insurance company separately. Whatever, your insurance doesn't pay, Annapolis Radiology has a contract with Apex debt collectors who will keep sending you text messages to collect amounts as low as $16.00. Wow...Talking about putting the T in Tacky and Luminus Hospital should find other ways to bill their patients without getting a bunch of rogue doctors running around the hospital and giving out patients PII without their consent. Also, Annapolis Radiology told me that the debt collectors reached out to me several times to no avail....read full review

Poor customer service and horrible technician behavior. The receptionist curtly told me to sign in, then the main one didn't see my name and I sat forever. They then tried to charge me for a procedure my doctor didn't require, which I told them I didn't need, but she said, "we'll just leave that one in case." When I went back with the technician and told her I was only doing one procedure and not the other, she then started mumbling under her breath about the fact that the other was the most important. She was then abrasive, and when she couldn't get a good reading told me to go drink more water and sit for 45 minutes to an hour, that she couldn't guarantee another appt....read full review

My first and only appt w/ Annapolis Radiology was poor. From the receptionist who overcharged me. My copay under Aetna was upped by $15. To dealing with that particular office. And having a serious cancer prognosis at that time was triple stressful.No, I would NOT recommend the practice to anyone. Not ever.
