Brian was the technician I worked with when I had an emergency requiring a non-scheduled walk in with an external hard drive issue. Wound up that it was more likely my laptop than the device I brought in and they wound up not even charge me the $99 diagnostic fee, just thought the service was exemplary in terms of response time, creating reasonable expectations, and not charging a fee when clearly they could have.
