They send you a text message with a link to pay their bill. It looks pretty identical to scam texts I've previously received.
I decided to follow up and actually call the company to confirm what I owe, and then to also send me a paper bill. They informed me the amount was correct and that they already mailed one out a week before the text message was sent but its delivery time could be dependant on courrier. That was about a week and a half ago at the time of writing this. That paper bill still has not arrived and at this point ,judging by the other reviews, I doubt It was even sent to begin with.
Poor billing practices. Very disappointed with this company.
Anesthesiologist was fantastic. Great bedside manner. Came to visit prior to the surgery, was lovely to chat with. Made me feel better about the surgery.
This company, however, is not so great. Sent me a bill via text on Christmas Eve at 3:24 PM. Great present and I almost thought it was a scam. They should change their practices to, at least, a text plus email. When I saw the reviews about sending to collections, I was worried. What a way to spend a holiday, stressed about insurance coverage and paying extraneous bills. Thanks.

Like others who have left reviews, the only notice I received from this company was a shady text message saying I needed to click a link to pay my bill. The company name was generic which raised my suspicions that this was a phishing attempt and I ignored thinking that surely I’d receive a bill in the mail if this was legit. But after receiving another message, I decided to google the company name to find that others had the same experience. After seeing that others were sent to collections I went ahead and paid the bill, simply crossing my fingers that I wasn’t giving my cc info to a fraudster but this is an unbelievably terrible experience.
