Leanna is really THAT GIRL! This was my second visit here for both a mani pedi with gel and acrylics. Pedi and massage are always on point, and Leanna just so happened to take care of my full set both times. I give her my ideas and she slays them. Besides that, it's always a really nice vibe in the salon. I will be making Allure my go to spot for as long as I live in Annapolis.

My first experience was a 5 star experience. The customer service was great. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and they were busy but fit me in and did a wonderful job. I got a pedicure with regular Polish. The work was clean and lasted me three weeks! Today I came back in hopes of the same experience but I would rate this visit 3 stars. My pedicure seemed rushed and was not as clean as the first time. There was left over nail polish on my skin surrounding my toes from when my previous nail polish was taken off, the lines were not crisp and even after asking for the lines to be cleaned up they were still not that perfect finish you want when you go to get your nails done. The customer service from my nail tech was average. Another person came to check on me as my nails dried and checked me out. This person was very pleasant.

I go out of my way to go to Allure (there are many other places closer to home), as I appreciate how careful they are with dip powder removal. They take the time to soak off the powder/gel well enough that there’s no harsh filing over my natural nails needed to remove it. My dip powder has consistently lasted for a month, only needing to be redone as my nails grow out or when I want to switch the color. . I have my nails filed in an almond/rounded shape as that lasts longer for me (squared tends to make chipping easier for me).
