Had Stephen come out yesterday for a service. He took his time to explain a lot about how our system worked, things we hadn't even realized living in the home over 10 years. Very insightful, incredibly professional. Would be really happy to work with him and Water Doctor again.
Rob N was our service person recently on a big job and we were so delighted with his professionalism and personality! Truly the best guy who’s ever helped us out with a house project. Ask for him by name if you can. I hope Water Doctor knows what an asset they have in Rob!
Great experience with my annual serviced today. Have used water doctor and their products for 30 years and always recommend them. Carl was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer some of the questions I had concerning the operation of the system. Highly recommend.
