Great experience. Vicky came to test our water to discover the source of an odor. She approached the troubleshooting in a manner that showed her experience and desire to find the problem. Other water treatment companies failed to do the kind of evaluation she did. As a result, she discovered the problem and offered a solution. The solution, however, wasn't pushed on us. She encouraged us to continue the troubleshooting process she did to see how it went over the next 24 hours. As a result, we were able to diagnose the problem with a high level of confidence based on the results of the troubleshooting process.
