Hero MMA Academy is a great team full of fighters that really compete. It is a great place to go to learn how to defend yourself in real life. The coaches are great, very knowledgeable, and top-notch. They take their time to train you, make sure you are doing everything right, and are heavy on safety. Students learn martial arts, get in shape, and get a great workout. The gym has a friendly and easygoing atmosphere with amazing people.
