Went to the Abingdon location, and initially there was a mix-up with the hair appointment I requested (wanted full highlights, receptionist put me down for a root touch up). However, I spoke to the stylist, said I had no problem coming back another time, and she kindly offered to come in on her day off for me. During the appointment, she was absolutely wonderful; kind, receptive, and gentle. I can't recommend SotB enough. Sure, a mistake was made, but we are all human, and grace needs to be given. I love my hair, and she educated me throughout the whole process (I love to learn about things I don't know) on the maintenance routine I should follow, quality product... read full review
Ive been coming here for over 5 years. The services are amazing and my waxer pays attention to my skin and does an impeccable job. I really like this place and wouldn't go any where else.
My experience with Veronica was great was referred by a friend and I had such a lovely experience with Veronica from trying someone new, she knew exactly what I wanted and made it even better. And she was very welcoming, professional and made it overall good experience loved working with her definitely will go back!!
