Called Plumb Crazy this morning, first thing. Got Katie on the phone. She was amazing and sent somebody out within the hour! Rodney came out. explained the problem to me showed me the concerns gave me options. And then he went and got everything we needed, fixed everything, cleaned up and went on his way. It was a wonderful experience!

Richard came out to my condo this morning to fix a leak under my sink and replace some gauges. He was very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. The company got him out right away, which I really appreciated. Even after he left, I had a follow-up question and Richard was responsive and answered me promptly. Great customer service all around—thank you for such a positive experience

Benny and Richard were ourstanding, Literally! The worked most of the day in the snow, sleet and rain to make sure I had a new well.pump installed and running water after 8 days without!
