Mr. Keith Siegel visited my home to rid my problem of rodents. He demonstrated all the qualities of excellent customer service! Mr. Siegel was prompt, polite, answered all my question thoroughly, and offered services much beyond what was normal protocol to ease my mind in solving my rodent problem. He explained in detail Orkin ‘s procedures, representing your company with great professionalism. This was also true of his supervisor, Margie, who he communicated fully with.
