I practically begged them to fix the leaky skylights caused by the rubber roof they installed. They've come to my house at least 7 times and the many reasons they tell me they haven't fixed my skylights it make me cry. My plaster is ruined and I wish I never used them. My skylights are leaking right now. They were so nice in the beginning.
