Fantastic all around. They answered our call on a Saturday afternoon and came out so quickly… then had us back up and running in no time! The technician, Justin, was also very kind. Would absolutely use Watson’s Plumbing again and highly recommend.
We just moved into an older home. The jet pump for our well was on its last legs and we woke up one morning with no running water and water in our basement as it was starting to fail. Watson sent someone out the same day that was able to restore our running water and we immediately scheduled an install to convert to a submersible well within the next two weeks. Unfortunately, the issue with our jet pump occurred again but they came right out to help band aid the system until the install day. On install day, they were polite, clean, and hard working and completed the job efficiently. I would use them again in a heart beat!
