“A little over ten years ago, Benfield installed my Kohler whole house backup generator system. It has performed flawlessly over this time span! Recently (late spring 2026) the genset controller became unresponsive following two rapid BGE service faults during a wind storm. Called Benfield and Noelle dispatched Dave one of the electricians that originally installed the system years ago. Following resetting genset controller, we were back in business in well less than an hour! No new parts! Great personable folks w/excellent customer focus and expertise made this service call a breeze. Highly recommend.”
