Wayne is very responsive! He answers very quickly and is very transparent about pricing. The service is affordable and quick! We had cat pee in the basement from switching her litter (she was very unhappy with us). He was able to identify the spots with a black light and concentrate the sanitizing and deodorizing in those spots. He also was able to remove lipstick and dried cat vomit from the carpet. It looks great and the smell is not abrasive when you enter the basement! He also did our stairs down into the basement and an upholstered chair! Everything looks great! We were on the hunt for someone to get our pet stains and smell out of our carpet. We had used other vendors such as Stanley Steamer but none that even came close to the quality of work Wayne did. I wish I had hired to do the entire house and much sooner. He was extremely quick yet thorough! No residual water so carpets dried very quick! Highly recommend!Services: General carpet cleaning
