Got my Can-Am sunk almost out of sight called Windy Lane towing and they came. They got it pulled out one piece. Exceptional service, exceptional customer service. They're really great at explaining everything and the process of the way as we got it out even. Let me take a few minutes after it was out to just have a break and grab a breath. Thank you guys for saving me and saving my card!!
Had to use CAA services to help us out. They contacted Windy Lane Towing. Even though we were only 15-20 minutes from Winkler.. it took 2 hours for someone to get to us. This is not the fault of Windy Lane. it was with the mis-communication from CAA to Windy Lane. Samuel from Windy Lane Towing helped us out. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Once he was there, we were loaded up and moving within minutes.
