We showed up at the KNC office yesterday(sept11/2025), asking for help with our electric furnace. We are a new construction, plumbing company, out of Winnipeg, and had no time to diagnose, much less fix our dying/dead furnace. We were greeted promptly at the office, and told someone would be by the following morning to solve our issues. We left the door open for the tech. When we came home today, the furnace was working, the door was locked, and we couldn’t even tell that anyone had entered(or done work at) the house.
