Technicians arrive on time and provide timely repairs at a fair price. Customers appreciate the company's fast and friendly service, especially during emergencies.
Scott and crew came out quick and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, clearly explained the 3 different path's forward with our AC unit and why they didn’t recommend one and gave us the pros and cons of the two others.
Gave us time to decide and when we did they returned quickly and got our AC working during this heat wave. Will only be using them going forward with any HVAC needs. Highly recommend.
Furnace stopped all of a sudden and I woke up to a freezing home in sub-zero temperatures. I called Scott at 8AM and they were able to squeeze me in between appointments by 1030AM. The troubleshooted the issue, found the problem which I would have never thought of, and even came back a couple days later to finish a small repair that needed to be done outside.

The reason I love dealing with small town companies. I used to live in Winnipeg and never got the same level of personable and honest service as I have in a rural area. Scott was friendly and able to diagnose my furnace issue over the phone. He sent someone who came at the exact time Scott said he would be there. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and was very friendly as well. 100% would recommend this company. Very happy with their service.
