After purchasing some land in St. Andrews, we ended up choosing Springwood Home as our custom home builder. It was our first home build experience, so there was a lot of "we didn't know what we didn't know." So, evaluating a home builder is not like evaluating your favorite restaurant. Special thanks to Springwood homes for building our Cottage in Pinawa. Building a family cottage is a lot to think about from clearing the lot, hydro connection, installing culvert and approach, water connection and septic tank and etc. But Hank (their sales representative) guided me thru the whole process. And I'm planning to build another one in 3 yrs for my 2nd lot in Pinawa. Again thank you so much!Highly recommended!
