After purchasing some land in St. Andrews, we ended up choosing Springwood Home as our custom home builder. It was our first home build experience, so there was a lot of "we didn't know what we didn't know." From the first time we contacted Springwood Homes, Hank treated us professionally, respectfully, and honestly.Building a home is huge process. It can be expensive and even emotional. Special thanks to Springwood homes for building our Cottage in Pinawa. Building a family cottage is a lot to think about from clearing the lot, hydro connection, installing culvert and approach, water connection and septic tank and etc. But Hank (their sales representative) guided me thru the whole process.
