This is my usual spot for haircuts. The girls are always professional and pleasant. I rarely have an issue with the quality of the cuts I get, but when i do, generally the management makes reasonable efforts to make it right. Carla is awesome. Ask for her.
I have been trying to find a hairdresser for the longest time. I have been doing walk ins at different locations and i just couldn’t seem to find a hairdresser that could perfect my look. Until one day i stroll into shear effects and Julia is assigned to cut my hair. Julia is beyond gifted with the scissors. I went from a 0/10 to a 5/10 respectably with one haircut from Julia. I was having troubles just talking to my neighbour's because of how insecure i was about my hair, but now im doing public speaking and MCing weddings. Before meeting Julia you would think that l was going to be single forever but now if i go and talk to girls they aren’t throwing up on my shirt...read full review
I’ve gotten my hair cut by Chantal about three times now and she has definitely become my regular hairdresser. She does such a great job every time and she is always great to talk to! Would definitely recommend getting your hair done by her, such a great stylist.
