Lock from garage to house was keyed different than house front and back doors (and no key was given when we moved in). Went to Jacob's with lock in hand and they gave me several options. Had them re-key the lock. Was in and out quick and it works great. Lots of space in parking lot if you drive there.

I called after hours to unlock a trunk (don't ask...). My call was answered quickly and he arrived promptly even though he was no longer at the store front. Super friendly service, very professional and got us into the trunk in a few minutes. Would highly recommend Jacob's to anyone needing locksmith services. The price for the after-hours service was incredibly reasonable as well!

We were in need of some help with a broken lock. We met Jacob as we were stopping at Tim Hortons for a bite to eat, after explaining our situation he managed to squeeze us into his already busy schedule. We highly recommend him and his company for all your lock needs
