GLT installed our new furnace years ago and have been doing our annual maintenance as well. We’ve only had a problem once in the winter and the service technician was out quick and diagnosed the problem. The repair was done no charge even though the furnace warranty had run out almost a year prior. GLT took care of it because it was a “known issue” with the furnace. I appreciate that way of doing business and that’s why we chose GLT to install central air conditioning this spring. Great job !

We had a problem with our furnace as an element was sticking, so heating all the time. Was gonna make an appointment and was expecting a week or more yet the next morning a technician came and fixed the problem, very impressed!! Friendly and very quick to help .
