Had my hair cut here once before and it was fine, which is why it is two stars instead of one. Made an appointment yesterday for today at 9:30am. They're supposed to open at 9:00am. I got there at 9:30 and they were closed, no lights on or anybody there. I left a message looking for an explanation and they didn't call back. I won't be going back.

My experience with Jan & her staff is excellent. I'm a regular customer for the past 15 plus years now. She cuts my hair and trims my beard for me and it's always great! They do take walk-ins if they're not over busy but at times they can't and that's understandable. Simple phone call is all it takes and it usually doesn't take too long to get in. You can usually get in the same day or the next. Her prices are very inexpensive. I'd recommend Jan and her stuff to anybody.
