Dr. Primatalake is the best. I've been his patient for 15 yrs. He's attentive, has genuine concern, and as a bonus as you get to know him has a great sense of humor. He has called me at home on occasions to inquire about my health. He actually saved my life. What other specialist didn't see, he diagnosed immediately and got my emergency surgery arranged. I lost consciousness and woke up 3 weeks later in HSC's ICU #1 unit.
I don't recall it ever being a walk-in clinic.
Theresa is also the best. Calls me at home frequently to update me on my schedules. She bends over backwards to help patients beyond her responsibilities.
i find it really ANNOYING that i have to go online to make a simple appointment. not everyone can get online. it’s also annoying that i have to create an account just to do it too. someone answering the phones inside the office would have been so much faster. i feel for the elders that aren’t able to get online.
