Went in today to pay our insurance but the MPI site was down. The young woman working there, Cassandra Benson, handled the whole exchange with professionalism and courtesy. I left
confident that our payment would be taken care of. Got an email and receipt about 1/2 hour later.
Cassandra is knowledgeable, efficient and very personable!!
