“Had my hair rebond and haircut for the 1st time. The owner/stylist at 1st may appear intimidating but actually is very social and passionate about her work. She will tell you if the style will fit you or not and will recommend what's best. She will also provide feedback and honest opinion which I really appreciate. Though the process took about 3 hours, I didn't feel disconnected from the stylist as she continued checking up on me (unlike the other salon where I felt like I was a ghost the whole 3hrs or so; customer service does matter just so they know).

I loved the end product and it was the 1st time I actually truly got the haircut I showed a hairstylist. I have a thicky, frizzy and curly hair and the whole time, I did not feel rushed nor was the process of rebonding and getting the right result being rushed by the stylist. I made an appointment, came in time and received the service and rightful time without feeling like I was just another number for that day.

I will definitely continue to have my hair done there and recommend this place to my friends (keep up the same good and quality service/ product outcome)

“I had my hair done in microlocs from a local hair salon with a decent reputation. My hair was fairly long, somewhat fine afro and I was talked into synthetic hair extensions so I could put it into a ponytail when at work. It lasted only about 3 weeks before some locs started to let go. After a week or so more my hair started popping out. Too the credit of the original solon they did redo my hair another 8 hours in chair… the same thing happened again!! I was so confused and upset. So I found Jenhairour Beauty Studio Thank Goodness!!! She fixed my hair explained what was wrong and how to fix the problem and set me up with a solid, professional and proper plan for my hair and my lifestyle.
