I don’t know what happened but this past year something changed. The vets have the worst bed side manner. My dog used to love going to the vet but now they have made it a bad experience. We also had to put a dog down recently and even then. We all left sad yes but again bedside manner and false promises were made by them. We were told you would get a private room and have all the time we needed them be able to go out the side door. Nope! We felt rushed, and had to walk out the front door holding our recently deceased dog by all the waiting patients. Never again will I go back
