They've been out to fix our washer and dryer on separate occasions. Ordered parts, waited for them to come in, and promptly performed the repair. Once, we needed a return visit because the part turned out to be the wrong repair, but it wasn't too high of a bill, and it happens. They've made out appliances last longer than they would've otherwise, and have always delivered the service needed.Services: Dryer repair

We have had 3 different valley central employees come to fix anything from our stovetop, dishwasher, and dryer, and always they have all been very respectable, friendly, honest, professional, considerate men. I feel comfortable with them being in our home, which is worth alot to us. They are careful and tidy, and efficient. Thank you! The receptionists also are polite, cheerful, helpful and pleasant to speak to.As with all appliances, there have been times when extra troubleshooting is necessary, but I'm impressed that they have the humility to call the head company or whoever IF they need to, while on the job, to try n get the answers they need for you(in their first...read full review
