Before we started he took the time to understand what we wanted, and frankly steered us away from some ideas we had that were not practical. In addition he made some excellent suggestions that were quickly incorporated into the plans. The construction process was short, the quality of the work was great and he brought it in almost 20% below the quoted cost.
