“I have had front and rear differential, transfer case and transmission fluid maintenance done. Power steering fluid and coolant flushes done. Replacement of the spark plugs requiring the intake manifold to be removed then replaced. All 4 wheels received new brakes (in this case I had purchased the brake parts prior to the work). And brake fluid flush and replacement. All of which, over 2 separate visits, was for our 2013 Ford Edge Limited with just over 101k kilometers. Chad and the mechanics at Southside Performance did exactly as described. There were no hidden or unexpected fees or charges. The work done was exceptional! Like I would have done myself, but now at 64 years old, cannot do anymore. Chad didn't try to upsell me and was forthcoming when, specifically, for example, it came to potentially having to replace the gasket on the intake after installing the spark plugs. Chad told me the gasket did not need replacing, but he could have convinced me otherwise to change it (he did not put profit over customer service). I will return to this establishment again with my newer Silverado for future maintenance as well as my 2013 Ford SUV. Thank you Chad and to your mechanics for making me feel appreciated, for truly taking pride in your work and keeping my vehicle in correct working order.
