I can hardly express how happy I am that we used Pioneer Window and Door Mfg. for our long overdue upgrade this year! I got a quote from one of their competitors when I was budgeting for the upgrade to our windows and doors. When it came time to actually decide on a supplier, imagine my surprise when Pioneer Window and Door Mfg. came in SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the original quote I had received - for products with the same or better specs! That made the decision to use Pioneer an easy one. I missed the timeframe when the roughly $3,500 federal government grants were available - and then a few weeks later I received a call from the competitor telling me that they had miraculously found a way to lower my quote by almost $3,000 (but it was still more than my quote from Pioneer). So Pioneer had much better - and, in my opinion, much more honest! - pricing, but what about service and installation? I was kept informed about the progress of the product manufacturing. My items were ready sooner than promised and an installation date was scheduled. Ruslan and Lub - the installers from Pioneer - showed up on time/about 10 minutes early for the assigned time. They were extremely professional, respectful, conscientious and polite. Coming into the house they were prepared to remove their shoes (I told them not to worry about it). They asked before entering any rooms in the house, asked to use the washroom or wash their hands in the sink and even asked if it would be okay if they took their lunch break around noon - almost respectful to a fault! They were very friendly, and put up with the questions I had - but were very efficient and hard working at the same time. They cleaned up most things as they went along, but also did a final check to ensure that nothing got missed. They were also quicker than I thought they would be, though I guess when you're that good you get used to being quick and efficient. Ruslan and Lub are the type of employees that a company is lucky to have - they're a great example of "above and beyond" customer service. The bottom line is that I would strongly recommend Pioneer Window and Door Mfg. to anyone who is looking to upgrade their windows and/or doors. They provide excellent, professional service work performed by experienced and skilled professionals at an extremely reasonable price. And the difference that the new windows and doors have made in insulation value alone is incredible!
I got 3 Window Replacement quotes,,,Pioneer was BY FAR the best price, $80(Pioneer) vs $200-$300(others),,, and very quick turn around,,,2 days(Pioneer) vs 2 -3 weeks(other companies)!!! 😉
