We had our galvanized pipes leak over the holidays. King's came highly recommended and I must say, I am more than pleased. Their service men were professional, polite and got the replacement of our pipes done with no fuss. The quote we were given was very reasonable given the work they had to do. They kept hubbie and I updated of any deviations from the original work quote (plumbing always throws a wrench at you) and dealt with them immediately. We live in an old house so I will be contacting this company again as we need work done. A special shout out to Stephanie in their appointments/billing department who answered all questions we had. She is friendly and professional and greatly eased our concerns over this process. 100% recommend and 5 stars.
Scott was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained to me step by step of what he was doing and what he did. Also, he made sure there was nothing leaking in my basement. He did a thorough job, and I would highly recommend him and his company “King’s Services” to anyone needing work done!! Pat
