“Because my Mum is aging and living alone, we began to worry about her having to get into a bathtub to shower. We struggled with options, made phone calls but had few options that seemed appropriate but did not look institutional. Enter Jolene from JT Interiors. So many things went so right it was an amazing experience for Mum. First and foremost, Jolene spoke to Mum and not always me. This is a bug-a-boo for Mum as we find that as an aging person, people will speak to the younger person who is accompanying her. That aside, so began the process of the bathroom reno. What started as a bathtub alternative turned into a full bathroom remodel that was fully accessible. Did I mention that the bathroom had to be pretty? We tasked Jolene to turn a tiny bathroom into a pretty but accessible room. End result is a WOW. Jolene knocked it out of the ballpark along with her associates Jacob and Delsie. Mum is thrilled with her heated floor, the bright navy vanity with marble counter , not to mention the bench in the shower and the high style grab bars.
