The owner, Leroy Peters is a very professional yet caring individual who makes you feel that you are in good hands. This is so important as this move out of the family home to assisted living can be quite sensitive. Leroy takes time to explain all aspects of the move beforehand and the cost. His team of movers and packers are very courteous and highly efficient. I so appreciated that this company addresss every aspect of the move, so I really only had to give my new address to friends and family AND sit back and relax!
Thank you to Leroy and is Crew for their fantastic service and assistance in my move back to Ontario, it was an emotional time for me but they made things seamless, packing, helping to donate items to charity and arranging the movers. It was a joy to spend time with them, I highly recommend Carefree Concierge for whatever services you might require. I would give 10 stars if possible. Thanks again Leroy.
What a fantastic experience we had with Carefree Concierge! We had to move two 98 year olds into a seniors home and didn't know how or where to begin. The day of the move they showed up on time, cleancut, polite young men who shook our hands and introduced themselves! They were done in no time! Smooth sailing!
