Supply chain issues are problems for everyone but add poor communication and sub-par customer service and that will really hurt business. Had to reschedule measuring first time because they said 1pm but came at 9am and we weren't home. Second reschedule because the owner had to go to his kids hockey game. Told one date for install, they didn't show, I called and Kate said, oh no that's next week. We had great experiences before so this was our fourth time back but this makes me question returning for business. Installer did do a great job as always.

Very good experience. Rented Scafolding. Had it in stock. Picked up and dropped off without a hitch. Would recommend to anyone in the future. Staff is nice and helpful. Only wished the hours of operation were later in the day but besides that very good to deal with

I was looking for specific paint, due to the pandemic I could not travel from my home town to Dauphin in person and had to deal over the phone. The help that I received from the ladies there was above any expectation I had, they were very knowledgeable and even though most was done over the phone, gave me everything I was looking for, even helping me to pick/get the paint colors that I was looking for.
