Awesome service. Rob was freindly and professional. I had some wind/hail damage that needed urgent attention. Rob sent a crew out immediately to do a quick repair and was able to re-shingle the entire roof a couple weeks later. This is an amazing feat, as most roofers are not great at communication or availability. Rob was by far the most proficient in servicing me as a customr. During the job, the crew was freindly and accomodating - helped me select and change shingle colour and were awesome at making sure I was happy with the work. I can't say enough good about this company. Rob responded to my estimate request almost immediately, helped me pick out exactly would be best for my home and answered all of my questions. You couldn't ask for better communication from a business, the work they performed was top notch and the estimate provided was almost exact. We just had our roof reshingled by RDI Roofing. Rob Carter gave us a detailed quote and answered all of our questions. We decided to go with RDI for the job and are so happy with the end results. The crew that worked on our house were courteous, pleasant to talk to and did an amazing clean up job at the end of the installation. I highly recommend RDI to anyone who is looking for a quality shingling job. The service from quote to final payment was amazing. There were no surprises and everything was exactly as promised.
