“The staff have all been very polite and kind with me. I primarily see nurse Liz and she is phenomenal. She is informative, takes the time to answer all my questions, I never ever feel rushed. She cares for her patients so much and goes beyond what any other medical professional I've seen recently has.
I have a fear of needles, and when getting injections she went out of her way to get the smallest needle possible for me ♡ (many dont, especially without asking!)
She also took the time out of her busy day to research an adverse reaction I had got to help ease my anxiety.
She makes me feel seen and cared for.
