“I had a lovely hydra facial recently at The Hills. The whole experience was great. All the employees were very friendly and kind. Nice amenities. Comfortable. Karissa did my treatment and she was great. She allowed me to relax. She instinctively knew I just wanted to zone out and not chat the whole time. I was most impressed by the fact that they don’t turn a facial treatment into a sales pitch to get you to buy the skincare lines they have available. They allow you to relax and have a nice experience without any pressures. This is for sure a reason I’ll be returning repeatedly. Already booked in again.“
