It took me a lot of courage to try something new on my own. I did not feel out of place during my first class (spin with Tori), I chose a back row bike so maybe that helped? I did not realize how intense a spin class would be so I did just sit and spin for some portion of the class to rest. The class was very upbeat and motivating. I have taken a couple more classes and they have gone better than the first, still upbeat with bumping music. The next class I tried was Reformer Pilates with Quinn, that class was awesome! I’ve been coming to Tour for about a year and a half now and have loved every second of it! The staff is always friendly, they make an effort to get to know you and are so accommodating. I was always the person that never wanted to work out - needless to say that has changed, considering I’m at Tour at LEAST five days a week now, sometimes multiple times a day ? Definitely try it out!
